400 gr. ricotta di capra
120 gr. prosciutto cotto senza conservanti
4 uova sode

400 gr. goat cheese
120 gr. Ham with no preservatives
4 hard boiled eggs

Execution :
Roll out the dough into 4 round shapes with a maximum thickness of 1/2 cm. Roughly chop the eggs and ham and mix with the ricotta in a bowl. Divide the dough into 4 parts and put each part on a disc of dough, close the discs so as to form crescents, pressing the edges to make them adhere. Put your pants on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper and bake in a hot oven at 220 ^ C for about 15 min. Serve hot.
